Apply for shelters in the United States, Canada and Australia
Contrary to popular belief, shelter write a
petition for different countries and do so illegally, especially if your face
is not a free ticket, which seems to be difficult to maintain the full
integrity of the prison sentence, abduction and sentence that sentence.
However, those who want to get out of the dangerous or
distressing situation in their country, applying for shelter can help them
build a better life of fear. Here's how the process works in Canada, the United
States and Australia.
Canada
Canada offers two types of refugees:
Convention Refugees - Those who are afraid of security and
persecution can not return to their home country, they are currently living
outside. It may be supported; Political belief, race, ethnicity, sex, sexual
orientation, religion
Protection of a protective person - they can escape to their
homeland due to this achievement; Torture, health risk, treatment or
punishment.
These charging can be done at the entrance or CBSA or IRCC
offices. Things that include: Criminal suits, previously unsuccessful claims
and other national security steps and consequences can be affected.
Traditional indigenous claims take about 60 days to decide
and reach the conclusions, but those from America who will soon face them
(within 30-45 days). These countries are considered safe, giving protection and
respect to human rights law, which means invaluable fundamental applications
are being sent home, when people who need genuine protection can find it soon.
Here is a list of selected countries.
In Australia
Counsellors can come to Australia without visas and papers
when they fear their life or threaten them and then when they come they apply
for asylum. However, you must stay in some countries across the entire process
but this long time (they can not keep long-term guidelines). From here you will
need to leave the country or be protected.
The US
There are a number of American scholars and refugees where
you work, based on the country and the reasons to apply but may change in the
past. As long as you have the real fear and fear of your safety, you are all
right:
- Apply to the airport, cross-border or move (or other entrance frame)
- Apply within 1 year of arrival (it can be removed in exceptional circumstances)
- If you fill in the "Refugee" requirements only, you can apply if you are a lawyer
- There is a treaty in the United States and Canada, which says that refugees should work in a safe country that should be searched first in the first place. If it is a Canadian / US border then you must apply in any country you came to, you will not be allowed to cross from each other.
It can be helpful if all cases are true and proper procedure
is followed. It is important to show respect to the system and respect the
country you want to protect. Each case is widely used and therefore it is
difficult to determine how many possible successes it can be possible in all
situations.
